18 Years ago, I started working with children in public schools from Miami Beach to Los Angeles teaching children to say No To Drugs and say Yes to their Dreams with a character I created called Colonel Cookie
We were told by the Mayor of Vero Beach after he gave us the Key to the City
Also, We had a weekly T.V. Show ( Played on Tbn and other tv channels and networks around the Country.
The Say No To Drugs program is long since gone, But I still very much believe in saying Yes to Your Dreams.
You see without a dream, saying no to drugs will not work.
I feel a Dream, A God Given Dream will hold you for life
When God reveals A Dream or a Plan for your life, He will devote it to us if we let him
I am so excited that we can travel to the areas that God opens a door to. Just about every church has a field or school property that we can come to and share with the kids and then we will play a little game of Polo for them.
And because the sport is so isolated to the rich and famous, Most kids have never seen it played.
All though, We are by no means professionals, We have fun and get to share our hearts with the kids.
You see, Our lives were drastically changed when, My son Lucas took his four wheeler down a 16 ft ditch enbacment, coming back up the steep side it flipped back and almost killed him but his leg was badly injured.
You see, We had played polo for a few years and Lucas had become very good.
After two months in the hospital it took a toll on us mentally and finacially with our business, but Thank the Lord the accident didn't take my sons life nor his legs.
You see, as we share our lives with the kids satan is defeated By the Blood of the Lamb and is the word of our Testimony everywhere we share with people.
Polo is part of our Dream, And is the hook God gave us to use. In polo you can hook another players mallet to give you the advantage of getting the ball and stopping them from scoring a point against you.
Well, our hook ( Our Testimony ) is to keep satan from scoring a point against EVERY Child we get into contact with.
Remember, Satan is Defeated by the Blood of the Lamb and by the Word of our Testimony.
